Begin conversation with a Lender about getting a loan application started and get a pre-approval - especially in this market, it is important to be pre-approved, so that we can make an offer once we locate your dream home.

We should sit down to discuss your dream home: what is an absolute must have, the ideal neighborhood, price range, etc.

I will work tirelessly work to find the homes that meet your requirements and ensure that you get the most out of your time.

Although this may be one of the more fun and exciting part of the process.  It can also be stressful and times exhausting.

As we start looking at homes, I will continually update your search parameters based on your feedback 

Once we find your  dream home, I will help you craft an offer and structure the terms in your favor.  

After your offer has been accepted.  You can relax knowing that I am on top of it; keeping my eyes for any red flags and keeping track of the timeline to close.  

I will work with your lender, inspectors, appraisers, and sellers to scheduling appointments and make sure we meet deadlines.
